The Antic family are running the wonderfully playful and damn right creatively  eclectic space of The Antic Valley at this years Secret Garden Party.

Come on down to the Valley of the Antics for a fatty fantastic lineup including Natty, Bad Science, Beardyman, Gentlemen's Dub Club, The Worm, Chef, Brothers Bab, Death Ray Trebuchey, Lazy Habits and so much more . By late night Antic Valley will be hosting a yam packed program of delightfully surreal games bought to you by Rootatroupes Midnight Playpen. Intermittent Shamanic Dancing, an Antic Study, an intimate and odd living room space and a front garden to woo the most eccentric revolutionary, Antic Valley will be the place to let your jigs and japes run free at this years Secret Garden Party.

The Antic Fam is waiting for you in the Valley of Antic riddled revelry!

Website launch - 17/5/08

Many thanks to Mattimus Farton for working all hours of the past few weeks and creating the glorious space that is the Antic Establishment website. This is the place to come and check out Antic news, exciting events, parties, exhibitions and collaborative happenings. Most importantly the site is our ticket shop and the point of contact for anyone wishing to contribute ideas, skills or meet similarly creative fiends. The Antic Posse hope that you can revel in the strange land that starts here!

Antic Banquet at Why Not Festival - 26/4/08

The Antic Banquet team arranged itself in disparate sub groups but all crew delivered permutations of varying degrees of Anticry. Ssssshhhhh Soundsystem were grooving around in silence interrupted by passionate cries from sing alongers, Rootatroupe initiated games including a viral kiss chase on the dance floor, introducing party goers to the dance floor kissathon while The Worm put on a raging performance getting the late night crowd stomping and sweating to wriggly beats. Both party and Anticeers went to bed satiated and weary with ludic fulfillment.

Antic Banquet stallholders at MMM Warehouse Party – 29/3/08

The capering women of the Antic tribe spent a day baking 200 filth and love buns simultaneously crafting large letters and archiving tinsel birds. The strange land was dispelled on the MMM grimy dance floor where the Antic menu was a sustaining combo of neon cakes and laughter air. Gluttony was not and nurture was all. Rude gyal temperament kept the food fresh and there was no need for a refrigerator. The stall was in high demand all night. Excellent work chefs.

Antic Appetizer @ Anda tha bridge – 7/3/08

The Antic appetizer was the first point of contact for budding and inspired antic generators. A meeting for us to communicate our plans, dreams and desires. Strange links were made and a tree grew from thematically coloured post it notes. We received a ripe harvest of suggestions. Our favorite ones were:

Free sex
Human Punch and Judy
Bretton dancing
GCSE science
Crockery smashing like a Greek wedding
Punting
