The name ANTIC BANQUET refers to ANTICS – a general spirit of playfulness and fun throughout the whole event – and BANQUET – a free Sunday banquet for all, included in the ticket price! On the Sunday afternoon from 3-6pm all stages will stop to allow everyone to prepare themselves for the banquet! Participants are invited to come dressed up – in whatever costume you like but as a starting point the fancy dress theme for the banquet is ‘farmboys and wenches’ – and to bring their own plate and cutlery for a free-for-all banquet featuring performance salad-making, wild venison caught on the farm, and hot vegeatarian food provided by the festival café. 500 people munching together.
